It was even better than we expected. Through interactive displays we learned all about the history and processes of chocolate and cheese making. Plus the castle and village shops were interesting. The chocolate was exquisite and the cheese fondue 🫕 lunch was great, and a welcome opportunity to get to know some of the others on the tour. The train ride through the mountains showed us a glimpse of the real Switzerland. It took us down to Montreux, the Swiss Riviera, for a short walk on the promenade. I appreciated the guide telling us some facts along the way.Highly recommend this tour. Well done and organized. My favorite was the cheese tour and The town of Gruyère was awesome. Cheese & fondue was were delicious and there were plenty of IG worthy photo opts! Day well spent.

The chocolate tour was interesting and filling-more chocolate than you can eat! The cheese tour was also interesting, with the cheese “tasting” afterwards, more of a full lunch, well worth it!

The scenery from the train was stunning. Dont eat too much chocolate as the cheese fondue was filling (bread and baby potatoes to dip). The old village of Gruyere in the castle walls is like something from a bygone age. Relax, enjoy and soak it up. I personally thought the trip was worth every penny. Make sure you do get the train and fondue included. Some people didnt and had some other type of ticket.Beautiful scenery; fun tours; excellent guide. The time spent at each location was perfect. Everything ran on time. I would highly recommend this tour.
Beautiful scenery; fun tours; excellent guide. The time spent at each location was perfect. Everything ran on time. I would highly recommend this tour. This trip was somewhat lack luster. Overpriced for what we did. The train ride was the best part! The chocolate and cheese factories were boring. Although the castle in Gruyère was interesting the town was nothing more than a tourist trap
