- The walk in the park is aprox. 2 km. At one point there are about 100 steps down and 200 steps up. They are not steep but could be a problem for people with knee issue.

We had only half a day to spend at Krka national park and decided to try a half day private tour with Mirko. What a wonderful time! We felt like a VIP as he drove us past the entrance to the trail head, carried water for us, and even provided umbrellas for all four of us. He explained details about the park we would never have learned any other way and we skipped minor viewpoints that would have wasted our time. We took the boat to Sibenik and he drove us back to our car to end the tour. After the tour was over and we had said goodbye, he called to let us know there was traffic on our road trip to Rovinj and suggested an alternate route. I cannot recommend the tour and Mirko more highly!I had guests from Spain last summer and they wanted me to take them to see Krka waterfalls so we booked half day excursion. It was magnificent. Mirko, our guide, was great. We really enjoyed every minute of that day. I can highly recomend this excursion.
