Stop At: Little Sahara, Kangaroo Island, South Australia 5223 Australia
Walk through 500 year old gum forests, while your experienced guide points out local flow and fauna, as well as bush foods. Koala sightings are guaranteed.
Entering the sand dunes, learn about the formation and history of the area from a direction very few tread.
Duration: 1 hour 50 minutes

We did the walking tour with Sharnee. She was an excellent guide with lots of stories and jokes to share. She found two koalas for us to see and taught us a lot about the area.

We spotted many Koalas and some little joys too. Highly recommended

Highly recommendedOur guide Yasmin was excellent. The walk was very scenic and Yasmin was very knowledgeable regarding the native plants as we moved through the track at an easy pace. We spotted 12 koalas and Yasmin showed us a natural beehive in a tree hole as a bonus. Highly recommend this 2 hour koala walk.

We have experienced an unique moment by choosing the 2 hours Koalas tour in August 2023 in Little Sahara with a super team of guides Yasmine and Sharnee. We were coming from France and it was the first time we had the opportunity to see koalas in their wild environment. A spécial thanks to Yasmine who guided us during this tour and was very experienced. She always answered our questions on koalas, gum trees and Sahara with experience and smile.
