What an awesome way to see the beach and learn some history of American Beach. Hugh was great! He is so patient with 2 adults and 3 teenagers who have never ridden a skateboard before! Getting to practice in the parking lot before the tour helped a ton. Would love to see a 2 hour tour where you can just ride up and down the beach. Keep the first hour with the history of American Beach and add an additional hour of beach rising. My kids thought the electric skateboarding was the best part of our vacation. It beat stand up paddle board tour and rising bike to Fort Clinch by a country mile! We will definitively ride with Hugh again when we come back to Amelia Island. A SOLID 5 stars! He even sends the pictures he takes and a montage video. So you can concentrate on being in the moment and not having to worry about taking all the pics and video for instagram and TikTok.Today our family had the best beach adventure ever!! Today our family had the best beach adventure ever!! Parents, teens and twenties and all had a blast. We had the best board tour guide. Hugh was fantastic and we learned a ton, while having a fun adventure! This is a MUST DO on Amelia Island. And I can’t say enough how amazing and kind our guide was, Hugh is a super nice person!!Unique family fun! My 8 and 11 year old boys said it was the highlight of their trip. Hugh was a great guide and took pictures of the whole experience for us. We don’t do a lot of tours but this was definitely worth the splurge for our family.

We learned about the history of American beach and got to cruise by the waves! Hugh took lots of videos and photos so we could brag about it later. Hugh is the best!
