Did not do the activity. At the meeting point there was a van with no sign of the business. Inside, lounged, there were 2 teenage girls semi-sleeping in a cloud of weed smoke. They checked my voucher and told me to look for Andrés, “the only one wearing a pink shirt on the beach, tell him that Daniella sent you”. Benagil beach is chaotic, super crowded, there was a long line of people waiting to get their kayaks, no pink shirt. I looked for 15 minutes. My kids were so upset to see me helpless. I never appreciated more a Uber than then. So it is a funny story if you weren’t in it. Overall a scam. Do not do it. Waste of time, money and expectations.We enjoyed the experience of kayaking and the beautiful landscape, but we do not recommend this service. We had to wait an hour at the beach before getting the equipment and the staff was a little rude. There are many other rental services, so I wouldn’t pick this one.
