It is our first time visiting Bandung and we had booked a day trip through Klook which includes visiting Kawah Putih, deer conservation, glamping riverside, tea plantation, strawberry picking etc. Our guide Ardi and driver Joti were both very engaging, reliable and helpful. They were attentive in providing assistance to us when we needed help. During the trip, I also met with an embarrassing mishap but Joti was very helpful to go an extra mile to save me in my awkward predicament. When we had exceeded our 8hrs with them and requested to extend their service for another 4hrs, they were very willing to do so and allowed us the flexibility to include other places of interest into our itinerary. Thank you Ardi and Joti for the enjoyable experience you have given us and we will definitely recommend your service to our family and friends.Brilliant driver/tour guide.
