- Heliport and helicopter are wheelchair accessible. A wheelchair lift is available at base to assist boarding.
- Children 23 months and younger are complimentary and considered a lap child.

- For each guest weighing over 240 pounds (108 kg), an adjacent empty seat is required to safely balance the aircraft. The second seat charge is half off of the regular tour price. Please arrange your additional seat after booking.
- Tour sights vary depending on weather.
- At least 4 people are required for this activity to take place.
- Near public transportation
- Infants must sit on laps
- No scuba diving within 24 hours of departure.
- Gratuity is not included and is left to individual discretion.
- Surfaces are wheelchair accessible

- Bags, large cameras, extending selfie sticks are not allowed in the helicopter.
- Check-in is 1hr prior to tour time. This allows for guest weight check-in, a safety briefing, and to be escorted and seated on the aircraft to ensure an on-time departure. You will receive confirmation of tour time after booking. Late arrivals will not be accepted and non-refundable. It is the guest responsibility to allow ample travel time to our bases in case of traffic delays.

Be aware that they need to book a full flight before you can go. This meant we had to either change or time or buy out the other two seats. With that being said, the actual flight and views are amazing.

All in all it’s a nice trip and great way to see island. This was our second time doing a helicopter tour on the island of Kauai. The check in experience was not great and they gouge the pricing. They play the weight game per person rather than the group your with but I guess fine print is what ...
All in all it’s a nice trip and great way to see island. This was our second time doing a helicopter tour on the island of Kauai. The check in experience was not great and they gouge the pricing. They play the weight game per person rather than the group your with but I guess fine print is what it is. Read every tiny word so you don’t get caught in their game but otherwise it was ok experience. Pilot was friendly and similar to our first flight with different company. Can definitely recommend a helicopter tour in this island but I would use first company before Blue Hawaiian again based on their choices at check in and lack of friendly demeanor as well as ridiculous policiesAudrey_M
