We were four Canadians travelling Japan on a cruise ship and had a special interest in seeing Kanazawa, Thanks to Mike for working hard to arrange a tour for us and to our guide Reiko, we enjoyed a spectacular day in Kanazawa. Reiko was extremely nice, fun, very knowledgeable and made it one of our favourite days. We learned a lot and loved our time in the Geisha district, the samurai district, gorgeous Kerkonen Park, Kanazawa Castle and a delicious lunch in an authentic Japanese restaurant. We were a little early for cherry blossoms in this area, but it was still beautiful and I can only imagine what it looks like in full bloom. Thank you very much to Mike and Reiko for making this tour happen for us. We will remember Kanazawa as one of our favourite stops in Japan.This was a wonderful day.
