I've been to Kamakura numerous times for work, but have still yet to learn everything there is to know. Our guide Satoshi-san took us around and gave us a one-of-a-kind experience. Friendly and knowledgable, our guide really made this a ride to remember!

I had very short ride between Kamakura station and Zeniarai-Benten Shrine, but it was excellent ride. The rickshaw driver 'Fuku-chan (his nickname)' was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about Kamakura. During the ride, his driving technique was very considerate for the rickshaw and passenger's safety on the roads. Plus, he kept smiling, gave me some advice for good angles of photo taking and guided about Kamakura including Zeniarai Shrine, using his sense of humour. Thank you so much, his service made me feel relaxed and increased my interests about Kamakura!Having read the reviews, I was determined to try the rickshaw ride, and it's so convenient to the station I persuaded my husband to get the later train and take a quick 30 minute ride (as we'd already seen the Buddah earlier in the day). Having read the reviews, I was determined to try the rickshaw ride, and it's so convenient to the station I persuaded my husband to get the later train and take a quick 30 minute ride (as we'd already seen the Buddah earlier in the day). We asked for an English speaking driver, and we were fortunate to have Katsu (sorry if spelling wrong). So glad we did, great info on town, zen, the Mitsubishi house, and we would have missed the temple with the tree walk up to it...so serene, The sites are actually reasonably wide spread, we used the small train to do the Buddha in Hasa but otherwise think this is a great way to see the best and in style. Katsu really went out of his way to get some great photos, thankyou and really recommend you do this if you can,Yudai san was an excellent rickshaw driver! He is the #1 samurai! Definitely recommend this company. The ride is informative and Yudai san is a funny guy and very easy to talk to. 👍
