Learn about the ancient Aboriginal culture by visiting Burrungkuy, (Nourlange) Rock Art. Our professional, Kakadu accredited guide can offer various options on our 1.5 kilometer circular walk, depending on your fitness level. Our micro group with maximum 6 guests, will give you a personalised and private experience. Some of the hidden ancient paintings have been dated back to 20, 000 years ago. Being a small group we can explore more in the given time, which allows an extra optional climb. Those with higher fitness levels can experience the Kunwarddewardde lookout, astonishing you, with an impressive view of Kakadu's escarpment and extensive savannah woodlands below.

Our accredited National Park guide will explain to you about the traditional owners culture on your journey to Kakadu. Visiting the Aboriginal Art site is a special experience and a 30 minute visit to the Warradjan Cultural Centre will recap and visualise everything you have seen and heard on tour today. The circular design of this cultural centre represents a warradjan a pig-nosed turtle. It offers a great stop over on tour, including a very interesting display about the Aboriginal culture of Kakadu and the way Bininj/Mungguy people lived traditionally of their land.

Exploring Kakadu National Park with a small group, will enhance your experience to get a taste of this enormous 20, 000 square kilometer, UNESCO World Heritage protected country. Learn the history of the traditional owners (Bininj/Mungguy) who have inhabited Kakadu continuously for more then 65, 000 years to todays modern living. Questions and interaction with your knowledgeable Kakadu accredited guide will allow you to get the most of your tour experience.

Stop At: Yellow Water (Ngurrungurrudjba) Boat Ramp, Kakadu NT 0822, Australia

Our tour will immerse you into the biodiversity of Kakadu National Park, including the rich bird and wild life of Yellow Water Billabong. Here we take a break from traveling in the luxurious 4WD, to board the 1.5 hour Yellow Water Billabong cruise. This famous billabong is teaming with a wide variety of birdlife, attracting bird lovers worldwide. From the safety of your boat spot Australian saltwater crocodiles in their natural habitat. A great photo opportunity.
