Along the cycle path you may be able to watch different kind of wildlife in its natural habitat including mammals such as badgers, reptiles iguanas and crocodiles, amphibian, turtles, and birds mainly different types of herons.
You will also know the urban part of Ixtapa, on a quiet bike ride.

Had a great time with Elena and her team! Communication was through what’s app prior to meeting up. Elena came to our hotel and explained the day. We went to ixtapa in a taxi together and we’re introduced to the guide who took us all the way to the pier ( we were keen on a long ride)! Ixtapa bike lanes were wide and well marked. On the way back we stopped for a drink and chatted about the town. A perfect way to spend a day!deguzwomanpaige

This was a great bike ride through lots of trees and nature. We saw a crocodile basking in the sun. It's paved, some shaded areas and some small inclines. It's a nice ride! Our tour guide, Elouise, was great! She is very friendly, speaks english well and you can tell she loves her job. She ...
This was a great bike ride through lots of trees and nature. We saw a crocodile basking in the sun. It's paved, some shaded areas and some small inclines. It's a nice ride! Our tour guide, Elouise, was great! She is very friendly, speaks english well and you can tell she loves her job. She went above and beyond to capture great moments of our adventure and educated us on some Mexican traditions. We also saw a beautiful beach and had delicious tacos. It was a fun day in Ixtapa. We will definitely hire her again when we return.bearcatIrvine

We rode the cycling trail from Ixtapa to Playa Linda and back. 9.7 km one way. nice easy ride with some slight elevations. Very well maintained. About 1/2 of ride is sheltered with vegetation to block sun. Goes through a park where if you wished you could stop and hike as there are trails there. ...

About 1/2 of ride is sheltered with vegetation to block sun. Goes through a park where if you wished you could stop and hike as there are trails there. also you may stop at playa Linda if you so desire. Nice OXXO at end of trial if needed. Rented bikes right on the path in Ixtapa"Xpora". Reasonable rates , very helpful service.
