Overview
Nova Trento is a small Italy set in the middle of mountains and bucolic landscapes that refer to the interior. It was colonized by immigrants from the Trentina region, in northern Italy, where the strong traits of culture come from, which stand out in the planting of grapes, in the manufacture of wines and in the typical Italian cuisine, carried out on wood stoves.

2nd Stop: Handmade Chocolates from Gramado Avento. We will visit the chocolate shop in Nova Trento

Stop At: Vinicola Girola, Rua Madre Paulina n_ 2379 Bairro Vigolo, Nova Trento, State of Santa Catarina 88270-000 Brazil
3rd Stop: Girola Winery, we will visit the winery from production to the cellar where the wine is stored, in addition to a delicious tasting of wines, cheeses and colonial products

4th Stop: Colonial Museum - We will visit a house, agricultural instruments of the time, customs and traditions of the first Italian immigrants. We will also visit an Atafona in full operation, powered by a water wheel, where corn is ground for the manufacture of cornmeal

O passeio é muito bom com foco na história e cultura da região o local tem uma paisagem espetacular, alimentação farta. O dia, apesar de muito quente, nao ofuscou a beleza do passeio. Os guias sabem muito, são prestativos, gentis, efucados, pontuais e divertidos. Fantasticos.

Fizemos o passeio pela segunda vez,o passeio foi tão bom que repetimos os guias como sempre nos fazem viajar na história com detalhes em tudo que nos apresentam, fazendo ate mesmo o papel de fotógrafo particular . Super recomendo
