The baritone was excellent, the Soprano, competent and the pianist out of control, dramatically pounding wrong notes, until the whole crowd was laughing by the end of the show. We had a great evening, though not for the reasons we'd expected.

Also they took bows after every piece that seemed a bit much.

My wife studied voice for years, and on our 30th anniversary trip to Italy I wanted us to see an opera. But time and expense wouldn't allow for it. So, I thought this sounded like the next best thing. And it was! Two dynamite singers (especially the young baritone, who stole the show) and an expressive pianist. After several selections, including a closing duet, they performed the famous "O Mio Babbino Caro" as an encore salute to the city of Florence. It was a magical end to an unforgettable day in this amazing city.We enjoyed the 2 vocalists very much. The venue was at convenient location. the acoustics of the old church Santa Monaca were good for this venue. I would recommend a similar event such as this.

The venue is an old converted church, it was hard to tell that you were at the correct address to see the show.

The performers really "made" the experience!
