Enjoy a half-day trip to Italy from Monaco and soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the unique markets of the Italian Riviera.
Once you arrive, experience the hustle and bustle of the charming Italian markets. You may visit the city of San Remo (Tuesday and Saturday) or explore the typical open-air market at the seafront city of Ventimiglia (Friday only). Enjoy free time to discover the colorful market stalls offering a variety of Italian products, including cheese, fresh produce, authentic leather goods and clothes. San Remo overlooking the Ligurian Sea and is appreciated for its mild climate. These are also the Russians in the nineteenth century who chose this destination for the climate. Russian nobility stayed and the Empress of Austria's known as Sissi . It is during this period that began the construction of Art Nouveau villas that still exist today and it is beautiful that time was built the casino to entertain the nobility of yesteryear.

After a tour of San Remo (Tuesday and Saturday) or Ventimiglia, (Friday only), your half-day trip continues on the scenic road to the amazing authentic 12th century village of Dolceacqua ! You’ll be able to explore all the tinies streets, art galleries, souvenir shops, and the Castle. (Free time for lunch).

If it is a car and driver that you want, then this is the tour for you....if you are looking for information about the area and where to shop, then you need to be prepared to ask lots of questions. Our driver was reliable but offered little additional to the experience.

Tour was awesome! Great time. Some road accident made our guide a little late, but is was beyond her control and she made up for it in great conversation and niceness. No complaints here. Would recommend this to everyone!

Avant que je pensais que Ventimille est moche, et bien je me suis trompée. Ventimille ne se limite pas à la partie nouvelle de la ville et à son marché qui ne présentent pas grand intérêt. Même si à première vue, la vieille ville ne séduit pas plus que cela, elle mérite vraiment qu'on prenne le temps de la visiter car elle possède un certain charme. Là, on se retrouve loin des animations et on peut profiter du calme du lieu.

This tour was fantastic! Our driver, Moman, was prompt, courteous, and generally a pleasure while he transported us from Monaco to the Italian Markets, including San Remo, and back again. I would take this trip again if I were staying in Monaco again. We booked the small group and it ended up being just my daughter and myself! We felt like royalty being chauffeured around.
