Island Hopping from Skiathos
Overview
You will have the chance to visit the main town of the Island , there will be free time for a walk through the narrow picturesque streets and visit some of the numerous churches.
Departing from Skopelos the boat will sail across to Alonissos island. During your stay there you will have the time to to visit the Old Town of Alonissos and to eat lunch in one of the taverns.
During the sail to Alonissos island you will have the opportunity to admire apart of the Marine Park and the Blue Caves.
The final stop will be at Milia Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches of Skopelos.
In the way back hopefully with dolphins company there will be time for photos of 'Mamma Mia' Chapel.

Located between Skiathos and Alonissos in the Sporades island group, Skopelos in Greece has become a very popular destination since it was used as a filming location for the musical movie Mamma Mia.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
Stop At: Alonnisos, 370 05, Greece
The island is the most remote of the Northern Sporades island group, and home to the National Marine Park of Northern Sporades, a refuge for rare seabirds, dolphins and the Mediterranean monk seal, monachus monachus.

Stop At: Milia Beach, 370 03 Greece
At the north side of Skopelos, amidst the pine tree forests is the famous and beautiful beach of Milia, a long, white sandy shore that stretches for nearly a km alongside the enchanting landscape.

Can’t recommend this trip enough. Well organised and informative, but offered up in a fun way. Loved learning about the local islands and visiting both Skopolos and Alonnisos. Was enough time to mooch the little streets, purchase a few bits and bobs and sit for refreshments with a view. For an extra cost you can get a coach to visit the old town if Alonnisos - I would highly recommend this as I could have stayed there for hours. Beautiful place steeped in history. The stop off at the Mamma Mia beach, seeing the chapel from the film and sighting dolphins were all extra special. Not forgetting the Metaxa shots and watermelon on board ! This trip is excellent value for money and I was truelly surprised that there was no tip box as the staff were amazing. We missed our initial connection bus but the next bus picked us up and took us down to the port after we explained we were at the wrong bus stop initially lovely guy directed us to the boat, the boat was very full I would think probably to capacity we sat at the front of the boat and before the captain decided to change routes because the sea was too rough we got soaked he changed routes but we all had to move inside with no seats so several people had to stand throughout the journey to the first beach, we had a couple of stops including lunch the restaurant could not cope with the amount of people arriving and it took some time to find tables for the arrivals The boat in my opinion lacked any atmosphere and although the beaches and views were beautiful the boat was clean it just did not do it as a fun filled day out for meWe had the best excursion we’ve even taken part in . The staff (family) on the boat were amazing , friendly and informative . We had so much fun but it wasn’t forced or faked. Everything was just right and I don’t think I’ve laughed so much in years. You get to see Skoplos and other islands ....
