• Dal Baati Churma - A staple of Rajasthani cuisine, this dish consists of lentils (dal), baked balls of wheat flour (baati), and a sweet, crumbled mixture
• Gatte Ki Sabji: - This dish is made with besan (chickpea flour) dumplings that are simmered in a spicy yogurt-based gravy.
• Makhaniya Lassi: - A creamy and sweet yogurt-based drink flavored with cardamom and saffron.
