Everything was efficient, professional and on time.

When you get on the bus at the airport and they take your ticket do ask what colour slip you need for your hotel as we were not asked and then when we transfered at BSI it all go a little confusing, I had booked to hotel city centre but they had not given ...
Booked this both ways no real problems. When you get on the bus at the airport and they take your ticket do ask what colour slip you need for your hotel as we were not asked and then when we transfered at BSI it all go a little confusing, I had booked to hotel city centre but they had not given me the coloured slip so wouldn't let me on, rather annoyed. Spoke with the lady at the desk at the bus station and she sorted it out, booked the return and got us a minibus transfer to hotel, all really painless, just remember to ask for the coloured slip on the bus from Airport.Arrived at the airport, and literally found the Flybus desk. Paid at the counter for a return ticket (airport to hotel...then hotel to airport on check out day) which was fairly priced, considering its just under a hour from the main airport to Reykjavik. Arrived at the airport, and literally found the Flybus desk. Paid at the counter for a return ticket (airport to hotel...then hotel to airport on check out day) which was fairly priced, considering its just under a hour from the main airport to Reykjavik. The only strange thing, is you are not taken direct to your hotel. You board a big coach, which drops everyone at a bus terminal in Reykjavik, and from there you get on a tiny bus to your hotel. Sounds like a pain, but it was easy, with no waiting.Would highly recommend this for airport transfers. So much cheaper than taxis. You just hop right in upon walking out of the airport. Comfortable and very clean bus. Nice driver. Takes 45 min. We were picked up by our tour in BSI so can't say much about the transfers to the hotel.
