The activities were fun and very exciting. However, I will ask that in the future, you inform customers that tips to the shuttle driver and excursion hosts are not included. We were told by the shuttle driver that the hotel was sending mixed messages about tips being included and they were not be compensated for their service. Since they are a third party service, they make a lot of their money off tips. It made things very awkward going forward and put me in an uncomfortable position. Otherwise, everything else was fun and enjoyable. From the get go make sure you purchase the insurance for $5 because some of their atvs are broken and will try to charge you if you are on it. From the get go make sure you purchase the insurance for $5 because some of their atvs are broken and will try to charge you if you are on it. Zip lining was fun, atv, then horse back riding. If you’ve never ridden make sure you tell them, because they’ll let you ride anywhere. The cenote was nice, only thing is they obviously charge for the pictures they take but don’t take them in every activity. We didn’t have any for horseback riding or atvsMy fiancé & I booked this package because it seemed like a lot of fun. We did zip-lining first and then ATVS. My fiancé & I booked this package because it seemed like a lot of fun. We did zip-lining first and then ATVS. Let me preface that when we signed our paperwork for the ATVS, the employee did not offer or explained to us that insurance was needed for this activity. (Which we found out later was only $5 USD each which is nothing & would have purchased). My fiancé was already riding for a few min when I noticed they gave him a vehicle with a flat tire. The guide then offered his ATV to him. Shortly after, he was going straight on the path when he hit a rock and the axle broke off the front left tire. He hopped on mine the rest of the duration of it. When we finished, we were approached by an employee saying the manager said we needed to pay $100 for the damaged vehicle. That’s when I went to up to the manager myself and wanted to have a conversation. He didn’t even address me first, instead he decided to speak in Spanish to his employee about my fiancé & I. My fiancé doesn’t speak it but I do. I told them in Spanish that I understood what they were saying. That’s when the manager began to patronize me and threaten to call the police because I refused to pay the $100. He didn’t know who he was dealing and I called him out on his stupid bluff for involving authorities. Honestly it was funny. I ended up filing a report and gave them $10 USD for each insurance for the vehicles. We did 5 activities and only 2 out of the 5 were worth it so that’s why this review is getting 2 stars. Also they offer a lunch which is basically chicken and rice. I’m vegetarian so I got rice & beans. The employees are all very nice, expect the manager.Purchased tickets for a group of three, however I was the only one able to attend. I met a lotto new and interesting people on my excursions and we had a blast. I will do this again the next time I visit Tulum! Loved the Zip lining!! so decelerating :)One person fell off the horse and was injured. Just felt unsafe and that the horses were not trained. There was no training before the horses they just made us sign waivers and told us to hop on the horse. Another tour guide was rude. Other than that it was nice and fun

There was NO ONE there to catch me! I HIT THE TREE! Then I bounced back on the Zipline and came in slower! The people who went before me were concerned about my experience! The paramedic checked to make sure that I had no broken bones!🥵
