Total waste of your money. The card is so expensive (€ 130!) that we couldn't visit enough sights to make it profitable. First, the st pieter church is free. And at te moment there was no possibility to skip the line cause of covid. Moreover there wasnt even a big line, so skip the line tickets arenr even necessary. For the castello you need to pay extra 6 euros, even whit the roma card. There are just 2 hop on and off buses in yhe whole city so you have to wait 45 minutes. Public transport is so cheap you dont need the roma card. Colloseum the line was short and i didnt see any possibility to skip the line. Also it is just 12 euros so just book it yourself. Worst was the villa borghese that would have been free with the card. It was completely booked until the end of our trip, so again a waste of money.Card includes entrance to St Peter’s Basilica, the Vatican Museums, hop-on/hop-off bus, a couple of other Vatican sites and the Roma card for transport use, 2 museum entrances and other discounts. Card includes entrance to St Peter’s Basilica, the Vatican Museums, hop-on/hop-off bus, a couple of other Vatican sites and the Roma card for transport use, 2 museum entrances and other discounts. The prime attraction was the ability to skip lines but it turns out there is no skipping for St Peter’s so you wait in the same long line as everyone else and it’s free to enter anyway. The stand-by line for the Vatican Museums is crazy though where as you go straight in with pre-booking so one way or the other pre-book that (don’t get to worried about the time slot, nobody cares). The bus tour isn’t very exciting, it’s 90 minutes but there isn’t much to see as most of the big sites aren’t on the main road. You won’t see the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Parthenon, Forum, etc. You get a glimpse of the Vatican as it passes, a good look at the back of the Colosseum and Circus Maximus (which is handy as that’s a bit further out) otherwise it is a lot of traffic, the train station and a housing estate. The Carsa museum (by the Forum) is worth a visit if you are nearby but it’s a 15 minute attraction so not really worth going out of the way. We didn’t do the other site included. Need to knows: The app is poor but you can book slots on it.However, you still need to pick up a physical card from one of the offices; there is no benefit to booking a slot for the Basilica. The Roma card part is completely separate with no functionality within the Omnia app. You get a separate Roma card when you pick up the Omnia card so no use of the public transport element until then and you REALLY need to research using the busses as the inspectors are brutal and dish out 50euro fines if you don’t have a ticket or you have a ticket but have not activated it on the yellow box in the bus. Unless you are desperate to do all the included sites it would be much better value to either do everything individually or get the Roma card separately and pre-book the Vatican museum independently. Again, research how to use the busses, we saw several people fined!arrange pass, confirm and pick up at point in rome too cumbersome. and thereby not clearly distinguish omnia pas and roma pas. arrange pass, confirm and pick up at point in rome too cumbersome. and thereby not clearly distinguish omnia pas and roma pas. Especially with the different ages of the children. people at the various sights also not always very friendly and helpful. But the Bus was still the biggest disappointment. Very limited itinerary. Certainly no question of hop on hop off, and if you were at the right point to get on, the bus had already left.Hop on and hop off bus tour was very helpful; easy access to main attractions; buses were on time and often.

Dreadful hop on hop off bus service. Waited an hour for the bus - there were 4 other services where 2 buses for each service passed us. As luck would have it we were only 3 stops from the start / finish of the tour, so we stopped, the engine was switched off and we waited for another 30 minutes. When we finally got going the audio was poor and the content intermittent. What a waste of time. DO NOT USE Omnia card. The ticket element worked fine and we got into the Colosseum and Vatican.
