Enjoy your 90-minute stop at Otehei Bay on Urupukapuka Island, have a meal or a drink at the island café, swim off the beach (ideal for children) take a scenic walk-up to the hill top panoramic view points or just relax on one of the outdoor bean bags.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
Stop At: Bay of Islands, Bay of Islands, Northland Region, North Island
Cruise through the inner islands that make up the 144 Islands of Ipipiri (The Bay of Islands)
Hear about the history, ecology and wildlife from your skipper guide as we pass through the many significant sights heading out to the Hole in the Rock.

If you are on a cruise do not book this tour you will not make it. Boat leaves at 8.30am sharp and like us the tender will not get you there on time. Missed the boat by 3mins. Boat will not wait. Thankfully tour Operator put us on a later boat but missed out on the Island stopover. Only got to Hole in the Rock and saw dolphins and that was amazing.Nice boat trip and island stop over as well. Only there is to less time to search or spot for the dolphins so we did not see any unfortunatly. The Island stop over is nice but takes 1.5 hour of the time and has a bit of commercial touristic focus i believe. But must say you can have a swim durin...

Despite total cloud cover and occasional drizzle, the scenery was amazing. Big catamaran was nice and smooth and the crew was great. And the hole itself is awesome even though it was too choppy for us to sail through. Oh, and dolphins jumping beside the boat. What a great trip!

What a great trip!Incredible despite the shortened tour due to the turbulence in the ocean! It was just before the cyclone hit the north island. Captain did a great job. The staff was awesome!
