One of the best day trips we've ever done. Tour guide 'HERO' was fab, very informative. The place was stunning, the bridge and the French villiage, would definitley recommend.

However there was plenty of time to wander about and do your own thing too. It's a long drive and wear comfortable shoes and clothes. Lots of walking will be done.To see the Golden Bridge was a must for me on our visit to Vietnam, however I was a little naive and did not realise that it is an attraction amidst a theme park I can only describe as similar to Disneyland. To see the Golden Bridge was a must for me on our visit to Vietnam, however I was a little naive and did not realise that it is an attraction amidst a theme park I can only describe as similar to Disneyland. It was exceptionally busy and very “ touristy” however I cannot rate highly enough our wonderful guide Sherlock whose sense of humour and knowledge really made the day for us. Sherlock was expert at steering us in the right direction, finding the best way round the crowds if he could, taking photos that made it look like we were the only ones there, so romantic 😁, well done Sherlock, we loved the experience because of you and you alone!Nia was very informative and helpful throught the tour. Pick up and drop off was smooth. She gave us few tips. She had personal attention to every tourist in the group. The lunch restaurant could be better. Selected restaurant had an average buffet and was packed with people.

For us Americans, this was an odd experience. The group building by the hills definitely took a page from Disney. This was odd to see replicated in another place. They have pulled out all the stops and it is really quite some thing. It is very crowded on the weekends. The ride in the cable car is easy and beautiful. Then you arrive at a surreal, pretend French village, ala Beauty and the Beast with food and drink everywhere as well as street performers. Continue on the foot path and see some beautiful temples and impressive views. The air is cool and lovely. Also the bridge structure to look as hands holding the bridge up is really beautiful and impressive. It is super crowded and getting a picture is challenging, but worth it. Curious to visit. Worth doing once. I’m not sure I would do it again.
