Pass By: Amelia Island Historic District, Amelia Island, FL
We'll cruise through downtown Historic Amelia Island. Pointing out beautiful homes and historic buildings in the area. Cruise under the shade in style while highlighting amazing sites.
Stop At: Palace Saloon, 117 Centre St, Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, FL 32034-4236
Oldest Bar in Florida!! Yes this is the Oldest Saloon in Florida. Here we get to tour the bar and see where the Carnegie, Rockefeller, and Dupont Families used to hangout when they visited the Island. This is also home to some crazy pirate fights which we'll tell you more about. 21 and older get to sit and enjoy a beverage. If kiddos are on tour, they spend some time with the waterfront with out guide and enjoy some ice cream.

Stop At: Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, FL
One of our favorite stops is the waterfront on Amelia Island. Here we'll possibly see dolphins, birds, turtles. As we scroll down Centre Street, we'll show you the Oldest Inn in Florida the Florida House Inn. Florida House Inn was built by Mr. Controversy himself, David Yulee. It was also home to confederate soldiers. Once upon a time it was a pretty notable hot spot for Pirates, we'll tell you why on tour.

Phelan-Verot House has rich history as it housed the sisters of St. Joseph during the Yellow Fever Epidemic in 1877. From here we will briefly stop by St. Peters Cemetery and learn the history of who's buried there and hear tales of Amelia Island.

Stop at Amelia Schoolhouse Inn, the first school on the island, that is now a boutique hotel with the Principal's Office Bar! Walk the halls of the island first school, sit back and enjoy a drink in the Principal Office Bar.

Hugh, did a great job of sharing with us the history or Amelia Island very informative. He very helpful, and patient helping us learn how to ride our skateboards. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone. I'm 61 years old and had a great time. Thank you Sir!

We thought this sounded like a unique experience. None of us had ever skateboarded before (two 53 year olds and a 15 year old). Hugh, the guide was great. Just the right amount of history and lots of fun. You practice on the grass before heading out. Hugh also takes videos and pictures and puts ...

Great entertainment for the price. Don’t get overly confident like I did and try to take your own pictures while going. You might land on the ground. Still would do it again in a heart beat.Terri D

We had great fun with Hugh and learned a lot of the history of Fernandina and Amelia Island! The motor scooters were a blast once this old clutch got the hang of it!
