Big Mama was a lot of fun and gave great information. Very personalized tour! She was kind enough to drop us off a little off the beaten path afterwards and even came back to return an item my son had left in her van.

She keeps it real, people! Shows you several sights(Queens staircase, rum factory, Atlantis),but also points out the different dynamics of life in Nassau. Upper, middle and lower class...she makes it all interesting. She knows her stats and facts,too. 2 thumbs up from "Canada"!!!

We booked and confirmed a Nassau Highlight tour for 1:00 pm on January 22. As we waited and waited at the meeting place nobody showed up. Another couple had cell service and called Big Mama. She decided to cancel the tour!! No email, call, message anything telling us why. Our entire day was ruin...
We booked and confirmed a Nassau Highlight tour for 1:00 pm on January 22. As we waited and waited at the meeting place nobody showed up. Another couple had cell service and called Big Mama. She decided to cancel the tour!! No email, call, message anything telling us why. Our entire day was ruined. By the time we realized that nobody from Big Mamas was going to show up, it was too late to book anything else before our ship left port. These tours may be all that, but their customer service truly is lacking. I had payed for the tour on PayPal and assumed that there would have been a refund but there was not. She only refunded my ticket cost after I emailed demanding it. I would try to find a better tour company or pay a bit extra for the cruise tour. At least if they cancel you will know about it!!9118traveler

I travel a lot. Although I read reviews I have never written one. The 5 stars Big Mamma has are well deserved. I took a Carnival Cruise to Nassau. My daughter and I took my mother on this trip for her 75th birthday. She came back to Houston Texas acting like Big Mamma was her new best friend. ...
I travel a lot. Although I read reviews I have never written one. The 5 stars Big Mamma has are well deserved. I took a Carnival Cruise to Nassau. My daughter and I took my mother on this trip for her 75th birthday. She came back to Houston Texas acting like Big Mamma was her new best friend. Big Mamma's personality and spirit was so good I wanted to tell others the reviews for her are true. These memories will be treasured for the rest of our lives :)
