Highlight Seoul Full Day Tour - Seoul Palace & N Seoul Tower
Overview
One of the first stops on our Seoul tour will be the Changing of the Guard Ceremony which is a beloved old tradition. Then, we will visit one of Seoul’s main palaces – Gyeongbok Palace which is home to thousands of years worth of history and has survived many turbulent events.
After taking a lunch break, we’ll continue with our Seoul City Tour by heading over to two local markets – Insadong Arts and Crafts Market, and Gwangjang Market. Here, you can find beautiful local treasures to bring home to your loved ones and sample quirky little snacks and Korean street food.

Stop At: Jogyesa Temple, 45 Gyeonji-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul 110-170 South Korea
The Jogyesa Buddhist Temple is one of the most important landmarks of Korean Buddhism, first established all the way back in 1935. The temple is located in downtown Seoul and is graced by an ancient white pine tree.
Duration: 20 minutes
Stop At: Gyeongbokgung Palace, 161 Sajik-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul South Korea
You will be able to walk its magnificent premises and imagine what it was like to be a royal. The exact route depends on our knowledgeable tour guide. Some of the highlights here are Gangnyeongjeon, the king’s main quarters, Geunjeongjeon where the king accepted formal visits, Gyeonghoeru – the special banquet hall, and more!

Pass By: The Blue House, 1 Cheongwadae-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul 110-820 South Korea
The Blue House is the residence of the Korean President and the most beautiful government building in the Jongno District of Seoul. In fact, the Blue House is a collection of buildings that are designed according to a traditional Korean fashion with some modern elements added.
The mountain background is simply stunning, as the structure sits upon the royal garden of the Joseon Dynasty! On our Seoul City Tour, you will have the opportunity to walk around its perimeter and take beautiful iconic photos.
Stop At: Cheongwadae Sarangchae, 152 Hyoja-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul 110-033 South Korea
We will take you to Cheongwadae Sarangchae which serves as an exhibition hall to important Korean artifacts and documents. Here, you can learn about politics, history, and culture.
On the first floor, there is a permanent exhibit that presents traditional Korean clothing, food, and music, and is a must-see! The second floor is where you will go to learn in-depth information about the Korean presidents and their legacies. You will also be inspired by the geography section which displays photos of the regions of the country that every traveler should visit!

Stop At: Insadong, Insa-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul South Korea
Here, you will be able to walk down a long street full of various stalls and shops.
Feel free to stray from the main street a bit and explore the alleys which have cute ceramics shops and more food vendors. You will have lots of fun talking to the lovely locals who are extremely friendly and helpful!

Stop At: Namdaemun Market, 21, Namdaemunsijang 4-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul 04529 South Korea
Opened in 1964, Namdaemun Market is the first largest traditional market in Korea with various goods in store such as children’s, men’s and women’s wear. The displayed goods are sold at a reasonable price and it also functions as a wholesale market. Most of the goods are produced directly from shopkeepers. Namdaemun Market is opened from 11:00 pm and at 3:00 am; it is crowded with retailers from all over the country. At daybreak, the site of busy Koreans creates a unique scene in the market where it is becoming a worldwide tourist attraction.

The Namsan Cable Car was the first commercial cable car service for passengers in South Korea. It first opened on May 12th, 1962 and has been running.

I had a very impressive moment this morning. Thanks to our tour guide: Geunyeong Bae. Yes. I remember her name. We call her: Gabby. A very cute lady, very friendly. She speak English fluently, explaining each places we visit. She could handle us although we were in big group. More than 15 people....

We also enjoy our lunch, which included into this tour. Unfortunately it was rain at Korean Folk Village. But this tour still perfect. So, if you are looking for good tour itinerary with perfect English speaking guide, hopefully you meet her.Our tour guide Nancy was great. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. This tour is a great way to get to know the city and it's culture. The nanta show was a great way to end the tour
