What to expect
Hierbas (pronounced year-bass) is a herbal liqueur that has been made on this island using wild herbs for generations. It's so unique to the culture of Ibiza. It's even protected by law. Often it's consumed as digestif after a meal. It's hard to come to Ibiza and not come across this unique liqueur.
We offer a unique and fun experience for you to create this liqueur for yourself. We cover all the history of the liqueur on the island, and have a huge display of all the wild picked herbs that grow all around Ibiza. An unforgettable experience where you get to have fun in a hands-on way while learning about some of the local history!

Me and my friend had a fantastic time with Phil, learning about local history of the liqueur and local herbs used. Phil is a fantastic teacher explaining everything and answering any questions. It was great to be told how to customise the herbs and quantities used to your own taste (and how to make it how your friend doesn’t like so she won’t steal any!). My mom and I had a blast during the workshop and it was the highlight of our trip in Ibiza, Spain. Also, during the workshop, we made our own Hierbas to take with us home. My mom can't stop talking about it with her friends when she get back in the U.S. Phillip is edifying when he teached. The overall experiences was memorable and amazing. A definitely "MUST DO" when you are in Ibiza. It's not just partying and drinking in Ibiza. There are other things the island can offer like this workshop.
