We booked the Harry Potter Walking Tour hoping to get a good overview of London and see some of the more famous locations from the movies. Our experience was very weird though, and I wouldn't recommend this tour. It was supposed to be a small group tour, but a large class of middle school students from Spain showed up at the meet point. For some reason they thought I was the tour guide, because the real guide was late. When he showed up he was mad because there were too many people on the tour and a bunch of them were kids. He was sarcastic the entire time, and I'm not even sure if he liked Harry Potter. We ended up walking around looking at oddly specific location shots from the movies - many of which I couldn't even remember. The tour ended at King's Cross station for a photo op at Platform 9 3/4. The line was extremely long. Overall this was a bad tour.Tour operator did not show!! Got no emails or anything to say that the tour would not go ahead. DO NOT buy!!!!

Should have checked the reviews before booking... This experience could be improved by the tour guide showing up, seeing as that didn't happen the only way to improve it now is for the following company: [email protected] To return the £20 x 2 we paid to sit on a wall next to the TXTS booth for 40 mins (we arrived at 11.50 so as to be sure not to miss the tour, or be late with coffee cups) We ended up in the National Gallery, which was free, well sanitized and had a decent one-way system, so I'd recommend that instead. Please find attached a picture from the Gallery which we have entitled 'Snape on his hols' I await a response from; [email protected] regarding the return of our £40It was my sons birthday and we had booked this. An absolute joke. My family and I showed up in London at the meeting place in 90 degree heat and waited for our tour guide. They never showed up and never contacted us. We waiting for almost an hour. Of course there’s no phone number on the website and the phone number from Apple Maps is disconnected. They even had the nerve to text us asking how our tour guide was. This is a scam and we paid $210 for the family to take this tour. We will be taking action against them.
