Air conditioning was broken. Not enough fans in building to cool. Bathrooms were not clean. Waitress was pleasant. Food was ok.

Servers were hesitate to honor the Viator voucher. When we showed it to the manager, he was more interested however, we received a much better reception at the Hard Rock Cafes in NYC and Rome when we presented the Viator vouchers.

No priority with all access card. 0bviously need more staff due to pandemic. They should have a sign that states limited seating. Phillips next door had no wait and plenty of staff!!

Great staff, food and atmosphere. The mangers went out their way make us feel comfortable. The food was good as always. Love the nachos.
