Overview
Besides that, it's not only one or two canyons but 4, Khudra and the Mushroom rock, actually one of the canyons is hidden deep in one of the most remote parts of the peninsula. Bedouins are saying it's one of the most beautiful canyons there. Whoever described it gave it an air of secrecy and mystique.
The canyon is known as Hamata or Abu Hamata - a place of the Wild Figs - as it shows with its unique tree in the middle of its way, only a few Bedouins know about it.

Stop At: Coloured Canyon, Off the Wadi Watir, Nuweiba Egypt
Sharply at 7:30 AM. the vehicle will take us from Asala, first to Hamata Canyon, where we are spending about 30 minutes.
Then take the vehicle to the small Colored Canyon, Spending about another 20 minutes there.
Take the vehicle back to the White Canyon, where we are starting hiking from to reach Khudra Spring, take our lunch, rest, and explore the place for a couple of hours.
Then around 2:00 P.M., we are going to visit the Closed Canyon and The Mushroom’s Rock.
Duration: 12 hours

- A Bedouin guide will be leading the way while one of our team will be the last, please do not try to pass the guide and slow down if they asked you to, also always keep an eye on who's behind you, hold on or slow down for them until they are in your sight.

It was an incredible travel, i've got so many unforgettable impressions! We saw many unique places in the desert: canyons, colored rocks, oasis... I was truly shocked how beautiful could be a desert! Everything was very well-planned. The organiser is very responsible, friendly and communicative....
