My wife and I spent a week with Amoray in April 2022. Had a very positive experience. Found the boat and equipment to be in great condition and very well-maintained. Divemasters, Captains and boat crew were all very knowledgeable, personable and attentive. Amoray provided a storage area for gear including hangers for wetsuits and BCs. Rinse tubs were kept clean and full with fresh cleaning agent. Washing out gear at the end of the week upon returning home was relatively easy as we were able to maintain it so well during the week. We were able to finally attain very long overdue Advanced Open Water and NITROX certifications. Nikki, Alex and Jessica were super helpful in coordinating all of this as we intermixed e-learning with training dives and fun dives. Kudos and thanks to all three in juggling schedules and instructor availability to accommodate our last minute NITROX cert training. Special thanks to Jessica who worked out the tangle that we made of our schedule and related billing as we kept adding certs. She was fantastic! Compliments to the Amoray team wouldn’t be complete without a huge thank you to Poala. She was the first person I talked with and later met on site. She’s incredibly patient, friendly and efficient. When we met live at check in she had the history of our conversations and our itinerary pretty much committed to memory. What a great welcome. Special thanks to Captain G as well who was continually professional as well as a great source of local information. It’s pretty cool to have your post-dive de-brief followed by suggestions on where to go locally during your off dive time. I can’t speak to the lodging as we are unable to stay on site due to limited availability as we booked fairly last minute. However the overall accommodations appeared nice. Definitely had a dive resort feel to it with a level of community throughout the boat crew, office staff and grounds staff. Even the guests started to pick up on the community feel as we got to know each other pre and post dives. Certainly a busy week however the crew worked together to make it all happen for us. Overall a very positive experience. In traveling to Key Largo I would absolutely recommend the great experience at Amoray. The crew were very professional, and fun! The captain watched us that we were safe and didn’t loose anyone : ). Would highly recommend.Stayed at Amoray and did 3 dive trips over 2 days. Stayed at Amoray and did 3 dive trips over 2 days. The rooms are perfectly fine and well worth it to stay so close to the boat. One of our trips was shuffled around due to weather changes, but the whole crew and front office were great and accommodated us every step. We dove without a guide but still received loads of support from the friendly staff and had 6 safe and exciting dives. We saw spotted eagle rays, grouper, moray eel, a nurse shark, and loads of other fish around the reef sites. Big big thanks to Paula in the front office, Captain Nikki, Jeff, Aaron, and especially Captain G!!!! Would absolutely come back.Amoray helped us tremendously. Amoray helped us tremendously. We stopped in on a whim and found crewmember David while walking the grounds. After explaining a previous negative diving experience, he proceeded to ensure us that we would have a great time choosing Amoray for our next dive, and he was 100% correct. We hit the reef a few days later after the weather had cleared up and everything was an 11/10. Aaron was our instructor and I'm amazed at how well focused, friendly and professional he was for such a young man. David, Captain G and the rest of crew made sure we had the experiences that we envisioned coming to Key Largo to dive. The equipment and boat was newer and well maintained. When we wanted to dive again the following day, they were booked but Cynthia, the owner, reached out to another shop to make sure we could get another day in before our flight out. She contacted us directly and even set all the arrangements for us. I can't say enough good about Amoray and we hope to be back very soon.We dove with Amoray Dive Center the whole third week in March. It was a great experience from the office to the boat. We had a great time with Capt G, Capt Nikki, and mates Anna, Aaron, David and Murphy. The office staff did a wonderful job of keeping us up to date with the trip status and weather. Jeff and Cynthia have an amazing staff and we look forward to many more dive trips with them. We certainly appreciate you accommodating our many requests. We have been diving with Amoray for 15/16 years and look forward to 15 more.Everyone was sooo nice! Had a really wonderful experience starting from the front desk. I did scuba diving with Murphy!
