I cannot think of a better way to view the the beautiful island of Sao Miguel. We were there in mid November and of course would have loved to have clear blue skies to visit Sete Cidades, but since that is a rare event during any month, we weren't surprised to have some mist and heavy fog at the top of the crater. It didn't matter, we had a great time. Our guide, Natacha, was great and she is a fantastic ambassador for the Azores. Since we were there as a stop on our transatlantic cruise, we didn't have time to see the western half of the island, let alone any of the other islands. She has convinced us that we must come back in the summer and at a minimum see the western side and enjoy some Cozido das Furnas.Natacha made the trip a great experience! The weather was not cooperative but she adjusted to get the most out of the day. Scenery and conversation were excellent. We felt like good friends by the end of the tour. Her restaurant selection was just what we wanted to experience. Just a memorable day!!

I booked this tour as a shore excursion as part of my cruise itinerary. Seazores actually has a separate site for cruisers, which makes things very easy (scroll down on their website to "Tours for Cruisers". I could see everything that was included in my tour. Whenever I reached out to them for more info, all communication was very clear, helpful and reassuring. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 I had to cancel the cruise and tour. Again, this was handled professionally and quickly, full refund no problem. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Seazores and hope to use them in future!!Sergio took me on a private tour to some of the most spectacular points on the island! Natasha provided us a spectacular 4WD trip around the stunning Sao Miguel. She immediately gathered us up with two other couples for a trip that hands down was one of favorite tours ever. We've done dozens of private tours around the world and Natasha's charm and passion for this beautiful island simple made our day magical. WOW seeing the stunning volcanic lakes for all perspectives, experiencing delicious local cuisine for lunch and swimming in the natural hot spring just made for a fantastic day. My only regret...It wasn't long enough, but we can't wait to visit the Azores again. Thanks Natacha.
