My tour was canceled the night before and it was not even refunded. I had to call many times to fix the situation. Moreover, this was the second time VIATOR canceled a trip in less than seven days. They assured me that the trips were going to be refunded in 24 hours. It’s been 4 days and I’m still waiting.. The also won’t adjust my balance to any other tour on their website. It’s the worst experience in reservations. Choose Aspire Tours!Visited Denver for a friend’s Bachelorette and had some time to go rafting. Visited Denver for a friend’s Bachelorette and had some time to go rafting. We were picked up by at our hotel in downtown Denver by the wonderful Tony and driven to Cedar Creek Rafting where we hopped on our raft with our super fun guide, Zack. We had the best time ever! Literally the highlight of our trip. I HIGHLY recommend Denver Adventures!!

We did the Advanced run on Clear Creek, which starts upstream from the Clear Creek Rafting office at the advanced section, then goes on through the beginner section and ends at the office. The way this works is the tour operator picked us up in downtown Denver and took us to the rafting company, which was about a 30-45 minutes drive, depending on traffic. Rachael from the tour operator was very nice and did a great job. The rafting company runs quite the tight operation. They had us separated into a few large groups at their office within minutes of arriving and then we were on the buses heading upstream. About 10-15 minutes later, we were at the put in point. We spend about 20 minutes going over safety and the guide made sure everyone could show him that they understood his instructions (we just got in the boat on land and he issued some commands to which we reponded with what we should do on the water--fairly easy). Then it was into the water. Given that it was late June and the snow melt off was still occurring, holy god was the water cold (40 degrees fahrenheit). We had neoprene wetsuits and spray skirts (waterproof jackets) on. The spray skirt is optional, but I highly recommend it. Because we booked through the tour operator, our cost included the use of neoprene boots. I also recommend renting those if it's an add-on option for you. You'll be so much more comfortable. We rafted through the advanced section, which includes rapids that will get the whole boat covered in water at some points. Lots of fun. I'd say that anyone could do the beginner or advanced section as long as you can take commands from the guide and have enough strength to plant your feet in the boat. The last thing you want is to fall in that water, but I would say these guys have the safety thing down. One last thing, be sure to grab all your stuff when getting out of the tour operator's van. My buddy's wallet fell out onto the floor and had alot of trouble getting it back from them
