Roberto was our guide for the full-day city tour of Sao Paulo. He speaks English fluently and is a very trustworthy and friendly person. In addition to bringing us around the city, Roberto also helped us with installing SIM cards for our phones and ATM cash withdrawal for our first day of arrival in Brazil. We are currently on a 5-month vacation here in Brazil and it is helpful to know that Roberto will be just a phone call away if we should need any assistance or advice during our travel around the country. During our 10 day visit to the amazing city of Sao Paulo, we were eventually lucky enough to stumble across Moi Tour and decided to use them for a day of touring around the city. Despite the fact that they did not have a huge number of reviews, we decided to go with them after making brief cont...
During our 10 day visit to the amazing city of Sao Paulo, we were eventually lucky enough to stumble across Moi Tour and decided to use them for a day of touring around the city. Despite the fact that they did not have a huge number of reviews, we decided to go with them after making brief contact by phone and it turned out to be the best decision that we could possibly have made during our entire trip in Sao Paulo. My wife, 3 children (one of which is a baby) and I, had an incredible amount of space and comfort in the tour car and felt very safe with our guide whi drove and spoke very well. In addition to the amazing sites that we were taken to and the local food that we were introduced to which may I add were places that we could not have possibly found on our own, I have to say that our guide himself was the highlight of the experience. Not only did he have detailed knowledge and understanding of the places we visited, he also was kind, fun and extremely patient, even with our young children who at times wouldn't keep still. He made us feel very comfortable and welcomed and made our trip to Sao Paulo all the more worthwhile. I only wish that I had discovered Moi Tour earlier in our trip as I would have used them repeatedly thereafter however it wasn't until the end of our visit that we decided to do the tour. Moi Tour my family and I are very greatfu for the service and of course the experience that you provided to us with and truly look forward to seeing you again.
