Booked this and got picked up by taxi who then took us to the wrong boat tour! Whilst the alternative boat tour would have been more costly and included free lunch, it’s not fair to give a high review score given it wasn’t the tour we actually booked. The problem is that the transportation do ...
Booked this and got picked up by taxi who then took us to the wrong boat tour! Whilst the alternative boat tour would have been more costly and included free lunch, it’s not fair to give a high review score given it wasn’t the tour we actually booked. The problem is that the transportation do not go off names or room number but simply by the numbers making the group. The taxi came to our hotel, said boat tour and then saw that we matched the number he is looking for in terms of adults, children and then took us. Dropped us off at a boat tour and then left. The pirate boat tour manager kindly kept us on so fair plays to him but technically, I cannot give a high score for something that we did not sign up for. In future, given the number of people who wait outside hotels awaiting transportation from pre-booked tours, tour operators have to sharpen up the process of identifying the right group before pick up.H6836LPkellyh

This boat tour was great! Such a great 4 hours. The staff were very helpful and very kind. They helped me on and off the boat. The lunch was lovely too! Such a relaxing and beautiful ride to the waterfalls!

Great experience for a morning out of our resort. The pickup and drop-off was well organised and the team on the boat were very friendly and hospitable. I particularly appreciate the attention they gave to my children and the photographs were memorable! The BBQ on the boat was an unexpected but welcome suprise :) We didn't go for a swim at the waterfall as it rained a bit on the day and the water was choppy, but Yusufcan warned me of this well in advance even offering to reschedule or refund me, so it was my fault for sticking to the original plan. My advice is to book early during your stay so Yusufcan can advise you on weather conditions and offer another day if necessary...take him up on his offer especially if you are prone to sea sickness!Saili00
