- 8.00 – 9.00AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 8.00AM or Hanoi Aira boutique hotel & spa, 38A Tran Phu street at 8.20AM or CIS coffee shop, 162 Tran Quang Khai street at 8.50AM to get on the bus.

- Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it's crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer. But we’re the smallest group tour in Halong bay
- Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.
- For the best trip, we need your cooperation. Please tell us all the problems, questions if you have. Our tour guide is always there to help you.
- We also hope that customers will respect all other tourists in the group, respect the culture, timetable and common principles...
- Water is free on the bus. But follow up the policy of Halong bay administration about environment, they don't allow to bring plastic bottle water to the boat & visit spots. But tourists can bring multi-use bottle/ glass bottle/ thermos bottle...Or you can leave your plastic water bottle in your bag to pass the gate!
- Vietnam won Covid-19. We don't need safety measures.Vietnam is one of the safest countries in the world after COVID-19, Noone is died. Let's travel to Vietnam!

We did a 1 day tour with Johnny, friendly and chilled guy who kept the positive attitude since he picked us up 7am till 8pm when he dropped us at the hotel. We visited some caves, had lunch on the boat (they keep note of your food restrictions), did kayaking in the middle of nowhere and jumped in...
We did a 1 day tour with Johnny, friendly and chilled guy who kept the positive attitude since he picked us up 7am till 8pm when he dropped us at the hotel. We visited some caves, had lunch on the boat (they keep note of your food restrictions), did kayaking in the middle of nowhere and jumped in the water for some refreshing time. We even had some little workshop to prepare springrolls and enjoyed some local fruits. For all we did, the price was really good. Perfect way to check this beautiful area if you dont have a lot of time. Totally recommended.Innarice

I really enjoyed this day. Despite weather was not perfect, we were able to go kajacking, swimming and enjoying beautiful nature of Halong bay. Johnny was great guy with a sense of humour who will do your best to make you happy during the day.

We had a very nice time with Tonkin Travel. I would recommend booking directly with them and our agent, Trình Trần was exceptional, checking on us every step of the way. Clear, precise and honest communication which we really appreciate. We did the day trip to Halong bay with tour guide Mr. Hiệp (also goes by Steven for those who can’t pronounce). He was very helpful, passionately giving us information throughout. We started with a seafood lunch which was decent (nothing super fancy) while cruising between the smaller islands. We then stopped at Titop island where you can choose to swim or hike (400 steps to the top, about 10-15 mins). After that we had the option to kayak or take a bamboo boat ride through Luon Cave (beautiful!) and a walk through Surprising cave. Overall very nice experience, you get about 40-45 mins in each location, nice people and a smooth trip. Try to go on a weekday when there’s no public holiday so you can avoid the crowds and take nice photos. PS: My boyfriend forgot his phone on the bus ride back home and Steven was so great to come back to our hotel lobby with it - with no expectation of tip or anything - honest and genuine people! 🙏🏽💖 Suggestion for your company: The description on trip advisor says you get to do a cooking class and excursion into Cat Ba island as well, but our agent clarified prior to us booking that it’s only for the 2 day trip. I would just suggest to update that info on Trip advisor because it’s misleading as potential travelers may think they’re getting more and be disappointed.Sthavir M

This trip was OK. They could have had a more comfortable bus and boat for sure. Not sure if it was because we were there on a public holiday, but the cave we were taken to was frankly dangerous due to overcrowding.
