She didn't provide all that much interesting information that we couldn't have gotten on our own. We were very disappointed and felt it was way too expensive for what we paid. Half the initial group left part way thru the tour it was so bad.Enjoyable tour. We saw sections of the hotel that perhaps not even guests are allowed. The guide was humorous but not over bearing. Fascinating history. The hotel was used in Operation Overlord. Churchill /Roosevelt/McKenzie attend. Many famous guests with a picture gallery.
