What to expect
At the end we will have a sensory tasting of 3 coffees (2 traditional and 1 exotic) where they will learn about the different ways of filtering the coffee, discovering which method best rescues the aromas and flavors.

I have lived in Boquete six months and really wasn't aware that there was a local Farmers Market!! Giovy was an excellent guide; showed me around the market and introduced me to vendors and I bought some banana vinegar, which was something new to me. When we went across the street to the Vintage Cafe, for the coffee tasting, Luis the owner was very gracious and I learned a lot about the coffee they serve there and how it is "brewed". I highly recommend this tour.I would have loved to meet Giovy and his activities 6 months ago when I arrived in Boquete; after the visit to the market I feel more confident and safer to do my weekly purchases in the local market. Thank you very much Giovy, I learned a lot!

Giovy takes you through and helps you get familiar with all of the local fruits, vegetable's and vendor's. You get a course on the local coffee... It is super educational. It has made the relocation process so much smoother!
