What to expect
This is a typical itinerary for this product
Stop At: Kos Town, Greece., Kos Town, Kos Town Greece
You will be picked-up from your hotel by bus. Our first stop will be at Kos town centre, where we will visit the "Eleftherias" square, the Public Market, the Archeological Museum and the Mosque of Nefterdar. Then, we will visit the famous Platanos square, with the famous plane tree, where Hippocrates, the father of the medicine, used to teach his students. After tis guided tour, you will have some free time to enjoy a refreshment or for some shopping.
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
Stop At: Asklepion, Kos Town 853 00 Greece
On next, we will be transferred by bus, to the most significant archeological site, Asklepion, which was dedicated to Asclepius, the God of Healing.
Duration: 25 minutes
Stop At: Zia, Zia, Kos, Dodecanese, South Aegean
Our next visit will be at the picturesque mountain village of Zia.You will have free time for taking pictures, shopping in the little shops of the village or having a drink in one of the traditional coffee shops.
Duration: 40 minutes
Stop At: Kefalos, Kefalos, Kos, Dodecanese, South Aegean
Then we will be transferred to Kefalos, the furthest point south-west to Kos town, where you will have free time to relax, swim at the beautiful sandy beach or have lunch (optional) at the traditional tavern.
Duration: 1 hour

Our guide Marianna(?) for the 6 English on the trip was really excellent. The day was well planned and I felt I had a good overview of Los ancient and modern the lunch in Zia was well organised, and the food was tasty. Overall value for money very good.

Es ist keine Besichtigung von Kos-Stadt und der Burg dabei - das war der Hauptgrund, weshalb ich die Tour eigentlich gebucht hatte. Kefalos guckt man sich von oben an, der Aussichtspunkt ...
Bilder und Beschreibung der Tour versprechen leider etwas anderes als das, was die Tour letztlich beinhaltet. Es ist keine Besichtigung von Kos-Stadt und der Burg dabei - das war der Hauptgrund, weshalb ich die Tour eigentlich gebucht hatte. Kefalos guckt man sich von oben an, der Aussichtspunkt ist für Fotos aber schlecht gewählt. Eine Oliven- oder Honigproduktion interessiert mich ehrlich gesagt wenig, dort wird man aber hinkutschiert. Sehr schade. Zugute halten muss man der Tour die nette Reiseführerin, die auf Deutsch alles erzählt und auch für Fragen bereitsteht. Die Geschichte rund um Hippokrates und die Medizin war sehr spannend.Wspaniala calodniowa wycieczka w najpiękniejsze zakątki wyspy, organizacja na najwyższym poziomie, opieka przewodnika, atmosfera , bylismy zachwyceni ! Only let down was lunch not the best felt rushed by the taverna we went to food was average.

A varied itinerary which was great for suiting all members of our party. Air conditioned coach. Hotel pick up and return was very convenient.
