I booked to go with Lysefjorden Adventure Pulpitt Rock yesterday as a birthday present to myself. I advised that my cruise was delayed in getting to Port and so therefore I wouldn't unfortunately be there at the allotted start time due to reasons outside of my control. I was told that there will be no refund full or partial even though it is not my fault. I think it is good to be aware that this company will gladly take the full amount of money from you even without providing you a service. Which let's you know that they put profit before they're customers. Be aware incase you also experience an unforseen circumstance. You will be debited the whole tour regardless.It was incredible. Not so hard to hike and the result was amazing. The guide was very nice and help us a lot

Despite rain and cold wind on top, the experience is absolutely unforgettable! The views are breathtaking. Our guide, Hega, was very nice and professional, she took care of us, so that we do not getting too wet and cold. The hike requires some basic skills, the clothes must be appropriate for weather (especially if it is rainy and windy), very important to wear hiking shoes, because there are many slippery stones (kind of stares) on the way up. My recommendation - do not cancel the hike if the weather is not very good and you have good clothes. The guide will cancel it if the weather does not allow the safe hike.Helga was a fantastic guide! She clearly loves her job and made sure we had the best experience possible.
