Through the whole booking process they were charming, efficient and very easy to deal with. When we were running late that day, it was not a problem for them to start 30/45 mins later with very little warning. The bikes were in good condition, the route interesting and diverse, and most importantly, our guide Poll was fantastic – amusing, knowledgeable and with a passion about his city and home with which he infused us all. Highly recommended.The guide was amazing and knew how to tell his story well. If you are with Luc you are sure to have a great time!
