Monica was very thorough and gave us wonderful history. She laid out the story of Carmel nicely in bite sized bits. She spoke clearly and loud enough. She knew a little about each of her guests and that made the tour seem really personalized!

Our guide Monica was exceptionally knowledgeable about the history and architecture of Carmel. She's actually written a book about it. She managed to get her passion for Carmel across to us. Carmel itself is delightful, full of nooks and crannies and passageways.
