This was the most amazing day of adventure. We were two adults and three teenage children. We added the Canyoning to the beginning of the day and highly recommend it. It was probably the favorite activity of all of them. Canyoning was also the most physically demanding of the activities. The guides were very friendly and we always felt so safe. The buffet lunch was good. We wore our bathing suits all day, with shorts or pants over them and close-toed sandals. An outstanding day! Worth the 90 minute drive to get there for 8:30am! An outstanding day! Worth the 90 minute drive to get there for 8:30am! We are a family with adult children who have travelled extensively. This was among the best tours we have ever done! The staff were friendly, organized and welcoming. The day began with zip lining and canyoning. All very professionally done…we felt very safe. Next up was horseback riding. A beautiful walk on the horses through the country side. We were then met by a bus that took us to the tubing adventure. 5 km ride down a river with class 1 rapids. Again, an abundant number of professional and friendly staff ensured our safety. Everywhere we were awed by the scenery. We were provided a late lunch in the restaurant after which we were on our own to drive to the hot springs and mud bath down the road. We did not hike to the waterfall because by this time we were tired and had a 90 minute drive back to our house. I would highly recommend you book this adventure day! We will recommend to friends. My family of four had a fantastic experience on the all day adventure tour. We are two 45 year old adults, a 13 year old and a 15 year old. My family of four had a fantastic experience on the all day adventure tour. We are two 45 year old adults, a 13 year old and a 15 year old. We began the day with horseback riding - this was probably our least favorite part - the horses struggled staying in a line and it was a little dull. I am still glad we did it though!! From horse riding we went on the river tubing - this was my favorite. The water was refreshing, quick moving at times, gorgeous setting. (My daughter and I wore Nike shorts, sports bras and tanks our guys wore swim suits. We all wore the Columbia PFG water shoes - they were great for water and hiking all week...) We then went to lunch at the buffet - again an adequate meal. From the lunch we went ziplining - WOW! I was quite nervous but after two "warm up" ziplines it was amazing. We went through caverns, over waterfalls, over jungle...this was such a fun adventure. My only complaint would be that I wish the start was staggered so there wasn't so much waiting in line at the beginning - it really took away from the experience. My advice would be to explain the procedure before guests get helmets and harnesses so that they can immediately begin once fitted - this would eliminate the very long beginning lines. I would still absolutely do this experience again. It was such a great memory. We then changed to swim suits and drove to the hot springs. This was probably the part I thought I would enjoy the most - but it was very crowded and the pools were a little slimy - so we didn't stay as long as I had anticipated. All in all a fun day that will go down in our memories for a long time. We all four enjoyed it.Johnny was a knowledgeable guide and chatted with the guests! He checked in on us throughout the tour. We took a shuttle to/from the national park. The included buffet lunch was tasty and although we had to wait, the line moved quickly.

We are a family of seven adults that traveled from Playa Ocotel. In our rental car, it took us an hour and 15 minutes. We signed up for zip lining only in the canyon. Zip lining was definitely a highlight of this trip! We were amazed at the level of organization and safety throughout the day by every member of the staff. I believe there were seven lines, a Tarzan swing🥺 and repelling. The canyons are spectacular! I am afraid of heights but at every stop between lines, there was an attendant to check my safety and assure me. We also ate at the restaurant before we started and we’re glad we had eaten something before zip lining. I am/was terrified of zip lining but wanted to be with my grown children on this excursion. You won’t regret it once your hands stop shaking and your heart rate goes back to normal! Just do it! 😵💫
