What to expect
These classes are designed for beginner and first time surfers and will focus on surfing rules and etiquette and wave riding fundamentals. Classes last 2 hours with a maximum group size of 6 to ensure students receive the personal attention they need to develop their surfing skills. Students will learn basic surfing fundamentals, as well as ocean awareness, water safety, wave riding skills, and surf etiquette.
We guarantee you will be surfing in one easy lesson your next lesson is free. Minimum Age 5 years and up. Ages 5-8 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the water.

Since the groups are small you have enough chances to try. The instructions are good and the waves have a good power, so it is likely to be sucessful quickly.

Yes they have a good coaches but need to understand when there are kids with you they have no patience in just standing in water waiting for you to finish chatting with other people around . They say it’s 2 hours but it’s not.

Highly recommend this activity for fairly active families.Ok, I can see why they guarantee that you will stand. They use HUGE surfboards, 12ft, big enough to paddle board on. There’s no way that you wouldn’t be able to surf that. It was way too easy, but it gave me time to practice my form and learn to turn and catch my own wave. It was over all good. ...
Ok, I can see why they guarantee that you will stand. They use HUGE surfboards, 12ft, big enough to paddle board on. There’s no way that you wouldn’t be able to surf that. It was way too easy, but it gave me time to practice my form and learn to turn and catch my own wave. It was over all good. Uh and I think the surf instructor was drinking or smoking weed before class because he was quite stinky and kept forgetting stuff. But he was a nice guy and did his job of pushing everyone at the waves. He even pushed another girl who came with her own surfboard. Not sure if he was being nice or forgot she wasn’t in the class. LOL. If you want a for sure surf, you can try this course.
