What to expect
As a beginner you'll start with a introduction of kitesurfing (wind directions, wind window, equipment setup, safety steps). We'll go on with kite control and you'll learn how to start and land a kite. Next step body dragging and relaunching the kite in the water before you'll go on the board and have your first riding experience.

Fantastic ! I am late 40s and was a bit apprehensive about a new sport but needn’t have worried. My two teenage sons had less of a problem. Boris and Ottman were brilliant with us , patience and humour were the keys. It was a well thought through 5 days and by the end we were standing (almost!) As for helping us out Rusty and Raxhid were on a different level. From picking us up at our Riyad to advising on accommodation and sorting out taxis nothing was too much and was always a joy to see them. Honestly it was brilliant and we will return. Soon. The very best was the team who were very helpful, paid special attention to each guest and made sure we were kiting in a safe environment. The owner Rachid is a wonderful teacher. His manner, patience and excellent knowledge helped me improve tremendously - more than any other lesson I have ever had. His team is also highly recommended. Their willingness to share their knowledge is tremendous. Their friendly nature and hospitality leaves nothing to be desired. Even when there is no wind, they were able to take me to beautiful places where there was more wind or less kitesurfers. I can highly recommend “Essaouira water sports” and will definitely come back to Essaouira to learn more from them, go on a camel safari, quad biking or learn how to surf with him.
