MyTransfers belooft aankomsttijd van vlucht te monitoren. Dit doen ze blijkbaar NIET. Ze hadden verkeerd uur voorgesteld en toen we dat meldden, hebben ze taxichauffeur niet verwittigd. Dus taxi chauffeur wacht op foute uur op ons terwijl wij reeds gemeld hadden dat uur fout was. We kregen ook GE...

Dus taxi chauffeur wacht op foute uur op ons terwijl wij reeds gemeld hadden dat uur fout was. We kregen ook GEEN bericht dat we onze taxichauffeur gemist hadden (bv whatsapp of mail want bellen gaat natuurlijk niet als je in de lucht bent). We mailden en belden en kregen telefonisch 2x bevestiging dat ze fout waren en dat we een lokale taxi aan vlieghaven mochten nemen die mytransfers ging terug betalen. Maar dit weigeren ze nu. We betaalden dus hun transfer+lokale taxi.173anacarmeng

Other than our transfer from GC Airport to our hotel, this transfer the other way round was perfect. The driver was on time and the Mercedes van in very good condition.
