Witnessed harvest season! Mattis was a fabulous guide and the small group tour to smaller champagne houses was memorable. From visiting the different orchards, seeing the entire process - from harvest to production - and sampling more so many different types of champagne. Drove through the majority of the champagne region and made several stops. Great for those who know little or a lot about champagne and want an enjoyable day out.Our Champagne tour was outstanding. Just 6 of us in the van which make it much more comfortable in a small group. Our driver/guide Mathias was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and good fun. We were 4 kiwis from NZ and had 2 Australians who quickly became friends. Lovely food and wine. A great day...
