Your tour starts at our hangar at the Girdwood airport where you will receive a short safety briefing and board the helicopter for your flight to see spectacular glaciers and mountains. We ask all guests to arrive 15 minutes before your tour departure time.
Duration: 15 minutes
Stop At: Chugach National Forest, Alaska
Fly over the glaciers and mountains of Alaska's Chugach range.
Duration: 1 hour

We are located in the scenic ski resort town of Girdwood, located about 40 miles south of Anchorage, Alaska. While in Girdwood, check out the great hiking trails and visit the Resort Alyeska after your flight with us!

So glad I didn’t chicken out!! This was a true highlight. It was so to see the absolutely beautiful landscape of the Alaskan mountains and Glaciers. I felt very safe with our pilot and would definitely recommend the 60 minute Glacier landing trip. I would say this is a must when visiting Alaska...

I even bought a hat, haha, to remember my adventure!!Everyone and the tour were nice, but they did not follow their own Covid protocol sent by email upon reservation. No one used mask and/or asked to wear a mask inside the helicopter - including the pilot. The helicopter is good for 4 people + the pilot, flying with 6 passengers isn't good cause 2 ...

The helicopter is good for 4 people + the pilot, flying with 6 passengers isn't good cause 2 people seat in the middle and can't see very well and it can be a little tight.What an outstanding crew all around. From the ladies who handle the scheduling and the front desk to our pilot John. We had such a great flight. We were able to see bears, sheep and even a couple of moose. What an outstanding crew all around. From the ladies who handle the scheduling and the front desk to our pilot John. We had such a great flight. We were able to see bears, sheep and even a couple of moose. Then to be able to step out on the glacier. Wow!!! My wife had a bit of motion sickness and John went the extra mile to make sure she sat up front by the window on the return trip and attended to her needs. Again an outstanding once in a life time flight with a outstanding crew of people.Probably in the top 5 coolest things we have EVER done! If you only do 1 "expensive" thing while in Alaska, this should be it.

This was the highlight of our entire Alaska trip. The views were breathtaking of the Chugach mountains and the glaciers. I wish I could give this 10 stars. This was the highlight of our entire Alaska trip. The views were breathtaking of the Chugach mountains and the glaciers. I can't even count how many glaciers we flew past, and then landed on one and were able to walk on it a bit and drink some glacier water. (bring a water bottle to take some with you!) We saw moose and bears as well, which our pilot pointed out to us. We felt super safe on our first helicopter ride with our pilot, the ride was smooth and safety precautions were taken before and during the ride.
