It was a good mix of history, anecdotes and some funny sides of Irish history and culture, we enjoyed the whole walkNice tour! Learned so much more about Galway, and so glad we did this. Smaller tour so it’s more personal. Gary was really nice, and knows his stuff! It was raining but didn’t bother us a bit. Bring your umbrella and walking sneakers and you’re all set.

Gary was a fantastic guide. So personable and funny, and loaded with interesting information. He not only shared lots of stories but he also asked the group questions to get to know each of us, and that made all the difference. His walking tour is the perfect introduction to the city of Galway, and Gary himself is a delight.
