Inolvidable experiencia de la mano de Marc, un extraordinario guía que conoce cada rincón de las islas. Desde incluso antes del tour estuvieron pendientes de nosotros, y cuando llegó el momento, nos brindaron un día que nunca olvidaremos. Tuvimos la oportunidad de visitar el archipiélago de koh phi phi, pero desde una perspectiva muy especial, descubriendo lugares no turísticos o visitando los más famosos pero en determinadas horas donde casi no había gente. 100% recomendable!!X8669PFmiguelf

EXCELENTE, les doy un 10/10! El guía Marc hizo que la experiencia fuera brutal. Muy cercano al grupo, atento y ayudando todo el rato y con muy buena onda. Nos dió muchísima información, de forma amena e interesante, acerca de Koh Phi Phi y Tailandia. Por ejemplo, hablamos sobre el budismo, el tsunami de 2004, el origen del Moi Tai e historia antigua y actual de las islas y todo el país. Nos acompañó a todos los lugares donde fuimos e hizo todos los snorkels con nosotros, dándonos seguridad y enseñándonos los peces y animalss que híbamos encontrando. También nos hizo distintas sesiones de fotos a los mejors puntos de la excuesión. Para terminar, me planificó los otros días que estube en Phi Phi y, además, me dió muchas recomendaciones para el resto de mi viaje por Tailandia. Contrate el Tour con la agencia Sawan en Phi Phi, Esteban, dueño de la agencia, me dijo que habia hecho este Tour " especialmente para mi " aunque iban mas personas, el habia incluido algunos lugares extras que visitar "que nadie habia visitado". TODO MENTIRA. Yo, naturalmente despues de 11 horas...

Yo, naturalmente despues de 11 horas de vuelo mas 3h para poder llegar a la isla de Phi Phi desde Bangkok me dormi el dia del Tour, pero Marc, el guia, me llamo a las 10:10 am por telefono del dia 7/03/2023 para indicarme que el barco saldria hacia las 10:30 am, aun asi me dijo "te espero en el Mcdonals" ( punto de quedada). Me puse el vikini, cogi lo esencial y me fui corriendo al Mcdonals, pase por la agencia Sawan y le dije a la chica que llamara a Marc y le dijera que yo estaba de camino. llegue a las 10:35 y no habia nadie, se fueron sin mi, por la noche me dijo Marc que estuvieron esperando hasta las 10:45 y dieron mi comida al capitan del barco. Por la noche conoci a algunos del grupo que fueron al Tour ya que Marc me presento a una chica del grupo, fue casualidad y me contaron que el Tour fue como las otras agencias de tour hacen, no fue nada especial. Reclame mi dinero a Esteban, ya que el Tour es el mas caro de los Tour en `Phi Phi cobra 2100 BHT cuando en realidad es mucho menos y me insulto llamandome estresada y que yo merecia unas ostias, le dije que me devolviera el dinero y me bloqueo en Whatsapp. No me parece nada profesional y me trato como a una vulgar cuando yo soy una clienta. SAWAN TOUR SON UNA ESTAFA!!! Me robo mi dinero del Tour.zapatillaz
