What to expect
Itinerary
We will start the session in a seated posture to hear about the procedure.
To open and calm your mind, body, and senses for the healing sounds, I will first guide you into a spoken meditation to prepare for the actual sound bath. This promotes higher effectiveness and allows peace, clarity, and warmth to enter your consciousness already before as well as during the sound bath.
You will then be guided into the actual sound bath by experiencing 432 Hz crystal bowls which are freshly tuned before every session. These seven tones are considered to touch and rebalance each of your seven Chakras. Playing a variety of different sequences will help bring your chakras, but also mind, body, and spirit into a rejuvenated state. (432 Hz is known as the “Beat of the Earth” and for its substantial healing benefits.)
Additionally, the Tibetan bowls, waterfall, wind, and Zaphir chimes will gently broaden your sense of feeling inner harmony and physical well-being. I will then also use 127 Hz tuning forks that are applied to your forehead which can create a noticeable sensation in the area of your pineal gland/third eye.
We will then end our session with another short spoken meditation.

Totally relaxing and thoughly centering experience. Very easy to locate. Very peaceful and serene. Jen explained the entire process before starting and put my husband and I well at ease. The entire sound bath was quite beautiful and very tranquil. We both felt a new beginning to life as we left.
