The bus arrived 24 minutes late, the tour guide was wrong on important details, calling the Guanches slaves instead of the indigenous person of the island (information that can be found easily on the islands official website & other sources. He also talked randomly about refugees which as far as we could tell, had no relevance in the tour. The bus aircon failed to work properly and we were perspiring. Most of our experiences around Spain (including Sevilla & Barcelona) have been positive but this was the first negative one. Will never use this service again.
